Running

Yesterday I went running. After riding a bike, running isn't too much fun. It seems like you are putting forth this maximum exertion and not really going anywhere. Well anyhow once I started it was kinda fun; fun enough that I ran a lot further than I had planned. Then I spent lots of time stretching. That is about the only thing new here. I'm trying to plan out which races I will go to this spring, so stay posted.

I've already committed (pre registered) to the Mohican 100 and the Lumberjack 100.

I got this link from Steiner and thought some of the readers here may enojoy reading it. Its about Hipsters and adbusters wrote it (seems kinda ironic in some respects). It seems as if some people ought to review the movie SLC Punk.

Check it here.

And since I found slc punk in parts on youtube

Speaking of hipsters, I embarked on a journey to fix my fixed gear super commuter mountain bike, but came up one old skool drive side bb cup short. Even though the rust bucket I've been riding around on has fenders, I've had enough of it. Plus I hate starting a project only to be held up by not having something you need to finish it. I suppose the trusty 1987 trek 8000 with blue and white fade will be relegated to the porch until further notice.

All this writing must be boring so I will attempt to add a video:

p.s. this guy is pretty much my hero.
